CHITWAN Block boards are manufactured from the combination of selected, seasoned, durable hardwood timber battens, veneers and adhesives. These are bonded with Urea Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and Phenol Formaldehyde resin for BWP grade. The block boards are resistant to twisting/warping, has superb screw holding & nail holding capability.
This is mainly possible because of seasoned & durable timber which is used. All the three components of this block board i.e. face veneer, core veneer & wooden battens are well matched. The wooden battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness.

The doors are made with chemically treated seasoned hardwood battens and frames.
The cross bands veneers are uniformly dried to the requisite moisture content. They are then bonded with special quality Phenolformaldehyde synthetic resin as per the guidelines of IS: 2202. CHITWAN Flush Doors are treated for total termite and borer protection.
CHITWAN Prime is a premium quality product empowered with power panels. It is manufactured with the core peeled from high density GURJAN wood & bonded with high solid content resin. CHITWAN Prime is available in boiling water proof Marine grade.

CHITWAN MR grade plywood is made from high quality plantation timber veneers and is amongst the best in the country. Both, the inner-core and the outer surface is made from superior quality wood and is bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) Resin.
Modified resin is used for the strong bonding. CHITWAN MR grade plywood is made from selected species of core and face veneers. The ply is moisture resistant being MUF resin bonded under high temperature & pressure to keep the bonding intact even with longer exposure to moisture.
